By placing your order with PlayerKits.com you represent that you are an authorized agent of your organization be it a professional team, university, high school, or club team, either as an independent organization or as a member of a league/conference/division and that by placing your order you are granting permission to PlayerKits.com to create for your organization's use, team specific custom products depicting your organization's: Logo, Trademarks, Copyrighted Material, and League identification, in addition you are granting permission to PlayerKits.com to create these products that may also include your organization's: player names + jersey numbers, coaches names and staff identification.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Playerkits.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Playerkits.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

PlayerKits® includes a large assortment of labeling products for a variety of equipment and apparel applications. It’s up to you to pick and choose only what you need.
Your roster is editable by you at any time. You can also place an order for 1 player, for partial roster additions, or just cherry-pick another product for the whole roster, as well as for coaches, and other team personnel.
When you sign up as a club member you will be given a password-protected portal to your team's products with roster information that you either upload or edit on site.
You will see digital representations (proofs) displayed just as they will be printed. You make the final approval, and only then will you be charged for your product orders at check out.
